It is available, according to the requirements of the characteristics of embedded part and capacity, to arrange in Paris with signal slide machine (the D series), Dual Slide Machine (the DM series), or Turntable-type Device (the R series).Such a combination enables you to get maximum output but minimum investment.

CV-DM double plate:
One upper mould and two lower moulds,two lower moulds in stakeboarding around the turn of the next slide,for large batches or species than a single,non-tail line of products;
Advantages:the equivalent of two sets standards for machine capacity.Disadvantages:Mold investment is large (one upper mold and two lower moulds),the workload of a large single operation. Security: mole -locking zones are on the back mounted fenders,left and right station configuration row-style safety light curtain.Electricity and hydraulic pressure protection devices. |
