Tanita BC-505 InnerScan beams body composition data to your Android phone

Equipped with BIA technology the Tanita's BC-505 InnerScan Body Composition Monitor comes in an innovative circular design and is designed for people passionate about personal health. The BC-505 InnerScan delivers reading of weight, body fat percentage, muscle mass, bone mass, body water percentage and much more via Bluetooth to any Android 2.1 and up smartphones.

Powered by 4 AA batteries the BC-505 InnerScan comes with a free mobile app which lets the user beam his personal health readings onto his Android device. Weighing 2.6kg the Body Composition Monitor is priced at 20,000 yen (approx. $260) and is scheduled to go up on sale in Japan beginning today.
