Dubois Displays New Edge Coating System from Phoseon at IWF

Dubois Equipment (booth 4913) will display its new Edge Coating System with UV LED curing technology at the International Woodworking Fair, August 20-23. Dubois manufactures a complete line of custom edge wood finishing systems that have been provided to the cabinet, furniture, and door industries for over 30 years. As a market innovator, Dubois now plans to debut UV LED curing technology on their newest edge machine. These UV LED cure units are provided with the proper lamp length, wattage, and reflector type to meet your curing requirements, stop by booth 4913 to see the latest in edge coatings system in action.

The International Woodworking Fair is the largest showcase of machinery, materials, supplies, and services in the Western Hemisphere for woodworking and related industries. This is the event where industry professionals from all over the globe will come to find products and solutions for furniture manufacturing, cabinetry, architectural woodworking and material processing.

UV LED technology offers economic savings, environmental benefits and improves on existing
processes by enabling thinner, heat-sensitive substrates to cure at lower temperatures while reducing harmful byproducts such as ozone, and improving workplace safety. Additionally, UV LEDs can be turned on and off instantly, and utilize input power efficiently to enable lower operation costs over the application lifetime.
